Who We Are

In private practice since 1979, PMN Founder Sylvia WynnLindeman has provided a full spectrum of leadership and organization development services to businesses, non-profits and government agencies officed throughout the greater Bay Area – from Sacramento to the Silicon Valley; and from Sonoma County to the Sierras.

Her 24 years in the classroom at Golden Gate University (where she also attended business school) earned her the rank of Senior Adjunct Professor - Strategy and Leadership. Often asked to provide faculty development workshops in course design and student engagement, Sylvia was elected to chair the Faculty Senate by her colleagues. Many of the policies and processes her senate teams proposed that year still serve the university today.

A popular presenter at local, regional and national conferences, her articles and columns on organizational behavior and leadership have been published by several business periodicals.  An enthusiastic volunteer for community, educational and animal welfare organizations, most recently Sylvia served on the steering committee for the 2011 and 2012 Sustainable Enterprise Conference.

Located in Sonoma County, Sylvia travels the state to assist her clients and is pursuing ongoing graduate level studies in pursuit of her doctorate.

PMN Associates are established consultants whose professional ethics and values complement Sylvia's and whose advanced training has prepared them to work on complex, large projects.

Sylvia is a national member in good standing of the Organization Development Network and the American Society for Training & Development, a proud member of the National Native American Human Resource Association and an affiliate of the American Indian Chamber of Commerce – California Chapter.   Additionally she enjoys the camaraderie and professional support of the north bay network – Progressive Consultants Group.  (Yes! This is the same group that provided the luncheon keynote at the Volunteer Center’s annual conference in 2012! )

In honor of Sylvia's Seminole Ancestors, PMN offers special rates to First Nations government and enterprise.

"I met Sylvia when I was an undergraduate student and new to management.  I introduced her to my boss and she was instrumental in that company's growth from local small business to national niche leader. At my current company she has helped us overcome a variety of entrenched difficulties related to growth and a lack of succession planning. I highly recommend her to any organization interested in achieving great things, but I rave about her as a coach. Without her, I might never have known how others experienced me or learned what leadership really involved.

Thank you, Sylvia, for saving my career."
